When was the last time (if ever) that you thanked your body for all it has done for you?
Hugged your body and told your body you love him/her?
Expressed genuine gratitude?
If it wasn't today, do so, like right now :)
Your body will appreciate it!
BUT, if you feel resistance, you probably don't feel your body deserves it because you are blaming your body for the pain and struggle.
