There is a HUGE difference in checking off boxes vs actually digging deep and doing the healing work
If you aren't working with me in anyway because you think that talking to your body, telling yourself it's safe to be thin, eating when physically hungry, journaling, and/or tapping is enough because I said I did and do these things-
there is so much you are missing out on and the reasons why and how I do those things
You can tell me that you tap all damn day that you are safe to be thin and that you love your body, but if internally you feel its a lie and choose not to work on that- all you are doing is checking boxes
Message me when you are ready to do the healing work
I have plenty of options no matter where are at in your healing journey :)
