I will NOT feed into the lies and abuse of the diet and workout industry no matter how desperately someone wants the scale to change.
Punishing, depriving and hatred of self and body only grooms more mental, emotional and physical health issues. More anxiety, depression, feeling unworthy, not enough, no will to live, and stress and I refuse to be apart of that.
Some have told me this leaves "money on the table" and I should market and sell to just the desire to lose weight but that is dangerous and out of integrity. I wont do it.
If after reading this, you still only care about the number on the scale and will do anything to get to that number including more hatred and abuse towards yourself and body, I say this with love, dont buy anything from me.
