Are you using your body as a scapegoat?

You can choose to love and respect your body and therefore have a light relationship (emotionally, mentally and physically light) OR you can continue abusing your body, using it as a scapegoat. 

Because you know, if you are being honest with yourself, that once you release the weight you are still going to feel not good enough.

You have just been using your body size and weight as a reason to blame yourself for not feeling good enough now and not being happy until the weight changes.
