Yes to themselves

I get so freaking excited when people ask me for a link to something because it means they are close to saying yes to them.

I get even more excited when I see a purchase come through, regardless of what it is and whatever the amount, because everything I create I know the body needs.

And regardless of what was purchased, that person just said yes to themselves and their body and their life!

And that makes me so happy because I understand how easy it can be to stay in sabotage and struggle because of the fear. 

Celebrating today all the people who have said yes to them!!!
