hide and stay safe from others

Many sabatgoge their desires to hide and stay safe from others

If they believe they are responsible for others in anyway
they wont let themselves have success in fear of triggering others
they wont let themselves have success in fear of making someone mad because they have been taught they need to keep the peace

People pleasing is all done to protect self and its very valid
You are choosing others vs you and your desires because there is a deep fear and potential trauma around being rejected and abandoned (especially if there was past trauma) 

I see it and understand it because I did this for 30+ years and found where I was doing it in many areas and reasons.  

When you are ready to heal this and choose you over others
no matter what they do or say, therefore allowing yourself to have your desires that you may have even been hiding from yourself.....
